Stop being embarrassed of your "head shot"! A great portrait is not only flattering, but actively invites your audience to get to know you. One of Boston's top portrait photographers and longtime author portrait photographer for the Association of Writers and Writing Programs, Adrianne Mathiowetz will be at the Chautuaqua Writer's Festival for the first time this year offering 15 minute portrait sessions for $150. See your proof gallery of images immediately; an image of your choice will be fully processed and digitally delivered in high resolution in color and black and white. (20 minute sessions at the photographer's studio are usually priced at $450.)

Put your best face forward on websites, book covers, social media, and published interviews. Advanced sign-up required.

Cost:

$150 for 15 minute session, due at session. In-person proof gallery and one image of your choice included. Additional images: $75/ea. Fine processing (spot adjustments beyond usual file preparation): $125/file. Rush processing: $100/file.

About Adrianne:

Adrianne Mathiowetz is a Boston-based portrait and documentary photographer, and is a staff photojournalist for hyper-local news magazine Scout Somerville. She is a photo graduate of The Salt Institute of Documentary Studies, and her work has appeared in The New York Times, Wired, Bust, The Guardian, Vice, The Boston Globe, Fast Company, and Forbes, amongst others.

In 2017 she was voted one of the top 5 portrait photographers in WGBH’s Boston A-List. Her extensive portrait work with authors is discussed in the February 2021 issue of The Believer.
